Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, free pickup and delivery. Just WhatsApp us a photo of your item(s), and we’ll quote and schedule a pickup.
Can I send items from overseas?
Yes. Send us a photo via WhatsApp, and we’ll guide you with a quote and international delivery options.
Are your chemicals safe?
Absolutely. We use 100% eco-safe, skin-friendly chemicals imported from Korea, Italy, and Spain — up to 80% organic.
How long does servicing take?
- Cleaning: 10–14 days
- HP Coating: 2 weeks
- ColourPro: 60 days
- Express service: min 200rb or 10% additional charge whichever is higher
Is the service outsourced?
No. All services are in-house at our fully-equipped Bags Lab workshop in Indonesia.
What’s included in Deep Cleanse?
Interior + exterior cleaning, leather moisturizing, and hardware polishing.
What is HP Coating?
A protective layer that shields from stains, UV, mould, and water. Recoat every 2–3 months.
Why clean regularly?
To remove bacteria, odours, and dirt. Clean monthly or at least every 3 months.
